2. Brokerage Services
Island Spirit Yacht Brokerage acts as an intermediary between buyers and sellers of new and pre-owned yachts and commercial vessels. We represent both Island Spirit Catamarans and Bavaria Yachts as an authorized dealer, and we list pre-owned vessels on behalf of private sellers. Engagement of our brokerage services for the sale of your vessel is governed by a separate Listing Agreement which takes precedence over these general terms where they conflict.
3. Listing Information and Accuracy
All vessel listings on this website are prepared in good faith based on information provided by sellers, manufacturers, and official specification documents. Island Spirit Yacht Brokerage makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or currency of listing information. Specifications, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. Buyers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence including independent surveys, sea trials, and legal checks prior to committing to any purchase.
4. Pricing
All prices shown on this website are indicative only and do not constitute a binding offer. New build pricing is ex works unless otherwise stated and does not include shipping, import duties, local taxes, registration fees, or commissioning costs. Pre-owned vessel pricing is the asking price of the seller and is subject to negotiation. Currency conversions shown are indicative only and will vary with exchange rates.
